Renting a van
has never been so simple

The rental experience was painless. Pickup and drop off went well and the car performed flawlessly. Thank you AutoVia.

Easy website forms and smooth checking at Reggio Calabria. Perfect customer service support, who helped me immediately change the airport pick up location without any additional fee.
Rented car was clean and in perfect condition. Overall, a right choice against orher rental cars companies in Lamezia Terme/Calabria as it’s a bit cheaper with reasonable deposit (with added car protection which is a must anyway).

Apart from being given a larger size car than I had reserved ( not ideal driving in Italy) the experience was good.

Our experience with Avtovia was excellent. In fact, we had never even heard of the company until, after a disastrous experience with Europcar, we were left at Palermo Airport without the car we had reserved and already paid for.

We urgently needed to find another vehicle, and Avtovia was the first rental desk we approached. Unfortunately, they did not have exactly the type of car we had originally wanted, but they offered us a very simi...

We rented an Opel Astra that would have suited us perfectly, but we got an Opel Mokka instead; it’s a bit smaller, so we had to keep one suitcase on the back seat. Regardless, the car was nice and new, the tank was full, and the process at the airport went quickly. All in all, we were very satisfied.

Everything was smoothly.
They agree to wait us out of office time for a fee.

Taking the vehicle was less than 5 minutes because I did online check in prevously.

Returning the car was even quicker.

Have in mind that people should have valid international driving licence and credit card what is normal for renting a car if you live are outside of EU.

Vehicle was in excellent condition.

Price was reasonable.

Genuinely pleased with courtesy of all the staff, lovely clean new car. We had taken our own excess insurance and there was no hard sell to take theirs. Good clear instructions on both pick up and drop off process easy. Would use again

Chaos at Venice Marco Polo with a late arrival and getting through customs but service at the Autovia desk was fab. Great car, would recommend using them. Don’t forget your credit card, they don’t accept debit cards (or prepaid cards).

Staff at Bari airport were helpful and efficient after we had been let down by another provider. Car was clean and fairly new. Return was simple and without any aggravation.

People from Autoavia were very kind, gave me good information and a good and clean car

Great with junior

i got off a late flight from greece and thankfully we were very lucky to have the lady at autovia, she was very very kind and pleasant even tho it was late, she was extremely helpful and understanding, it was a great experience because of her, i truly wish her the best.

I had a pleasant experience with the friendly and lovely staff.

Autovia give us a higher class car then we asked for, we were helped quick and friendly. The car could have been a little better cleaned but we were happy with the Cupra automatic!

e had a very good experience with Autovia. The location at Faro Airport is very convenient, making both pick-up and drop-off quick and easy. The car fully met our expectations and was exactly what we needed for our trip. The return process was smooth and efficient, with no unnecessary hassle. Another positive point was the insurance process. There was no pressure to purchase additional insurance, which made the whole experience much more rel...

We have picked up the car at the airport in Rome. Veronica was absolutely nice and helpful. Thanks a lot for your assistance.

We were very satisfied with the service.☺️

Very professional and competent staff. I had a brand new BYD that was a real joy to drive making my vacation even better! Recommened!

We had such a great experience with Roberto! He was so friendly, helpful and patient, and honestly made the whole rental process so much easier. He took the time to explain everything to us and answered all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed or pressured.

He was genuinely so kind and went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. We really appreciated his help and would definitely recommend Roberto to anyone re...

Excellent experience with Autovia/Ecovia at Palermo Airport (Borsellino-Falcone).

The car was spotless, exactly as expected, and almost brand new. The service was outstanding, especially thanks to Gianni, who helped us tremendously. He spoke excellent English, was very friendly and professional, and had everything arranged in no time.

It was also very convenient that I could use my American Express card without any issues.
