Renting a van

We needed help with getting out of the airport and Robert was very helpful in helping us to get to our destination.
The car was clean. Will definitely use again.

Robert and Verónika where extremly helpfull and nice, í was not going to rent a car again because in ravenna they did not give me the correct car that í paíd for, but they convinsme not to go some place else and rent with them again , and i did , now you have a happy loyal costumer!

Very good place to rent your car, Staff informed us about every procedure, everything was clear and quick. Car was great and pretty cheap, we got exactly what we booked. We had insurance from booking, but the staff didn’t have any problem with that. We returned the car by leaving the Key in a box and we didn’t have any problem with unknown damages or anything. The final report stated the real state of the car.

Pick up went smoothly and the service was fantastic at pick up. We got a nice new car in fantastic.

We rented a car. Hamza gave us a very good atention. He was very nicee!!

It was easy to hire, car was very good, enjoyed driving in mountains, with full covered insurance was no risk.
One unpleasant info was, that booking.com (I booked via booking.com) offered and paid full covered assurance was in fact minimal. At the desk I paid full insurance, but this should be booking.com fault.
All other things went well!

Sure there was a waiting line. Not fault of the company. For no queue, go for more expensive companies like Sixt. We were satisfied with Autovia. They helped us upgrade the car without too much hassle. You get what you pay for and there is a good balance between price and quality at Autovia 👍

I was very nervous booking car hire at Bari airport given the number of poor reviews however I need not have worried about Autovia. The pick up was smooth, yes there was a queue but it was peak holiday season in July, but there was no hard sell on additional insurance. Really great experience. From the airport you call them and they provide a shuttle for you which takes you to them. Trying to book inside the airport via sixt and other companies was stressful due to limited availability but these guys even gave us a free upgrade. Highly recommend

I rented a car from Auto Via for 1 week, then I wanted to extend another week. Francesco was so nice when we came back to the airport garage, he walked us all the way to the 4th floor desk and helped us personally. He was a fast, friendly, and efficient.
