Very professional, efficient and friendly service

Everything was really good. Brand new car (just 600km milleage). 5 minutes to collect the car and even less to return.

We booked our car hire through EasyJet which made life much easier. Comparing to others, the value was good as well & we opted for the AXA insurance package. When we were collecting the car (which was a full spec new vehicle), the desk clerk tried to sell us more insurance stating that the purchased insurance wasnt going to protect us. Brand new car . Super fast service. Great and nice people. Parking lot a bit far but not unlike any other rental company. signs not very clear to identify the parking lot due probably to construction, but instructions given at the front desk were clear. Great service From the check in to the end I got best service in Italy, I had very bad experience before several times with several different services, but comparing to them was excellent. Mr.Wided and Ms Valentina were the first impression that made me feel more comfortable and they did check in within 15 minutes, Mr Mouad and Mr Vinicio were also friendly and helpful. They all were very efficient and I highly recommended.

Had a hassle-free experience with AutoVia. Quick check-in, car was upgraded to a bigger one, in good condition. Check-out was very quick - just parked the car, dropped the key to the office, half an hour later received confirmation by email. Will use again
