Very good experience with Autovia at Cagliari Airport. The staff was friendly, professional, and the pickup was fast. The car was clean, in great condition, and exactly as expected.
The return process was quick and easy. I would definitely use Autovia again and recommend it to anyone visiting Sardinia.

When we arrived there was a problem with the booking and the company wouldn't accept my Avant credit card for some reason which was beyond me but they then accepted my visa card, the lady behind the counter was very helpful and fixed everything, thank you 😊

When picking the car it has been a little bit crowded at the counter and it has taken about 15 minutes to process all papers. The car was brand new, well equipped. Returning the car was easy and quick (difficult was to find the right way to get to car returns area). In general I have been very satisfied with the service.

The car and the service from the people was great so no complaints. Just be aware that when they say "in terminal" at Bari it means a very small desk and there can be a queue. There is also a fair walk to collect the car. Less than 10 mins but when it's hot and you have suitcases it is a faff. Then we dropped off at naples airport.
